Sole Designing
Suraj Engineering Works develops individual 2D and 3D designs for soles and components for the direct soling as well as for the AGO process. High precision and experience of many years made in continuous cooperation with leading industrial footwear manufacturers prove our reputation as a very good supplier in the area of direct soling.
The development of the sole design is based on the data of the shoe lasts. We develop design proposals which follow not only fashion parameters but also production-related requirements together with our customers in a personal briefing with them. Our designers are familiar with all footwear areas for soles and components.
CNC Workstation
Flexibility and highest precision are typical requirements in mould making. Thanks to the combination of the simultaneous 3-axis machining and a linear drive in X and Y axis, the mould offers free access from all 3 sides. Thus, more complex moulds can be produced within relatively shorter lead times with high precision.
Precision and exactitude coupled with high expertise are the basis for the manufacture of high quality shoe moulds. Shoe lasts and moulds for direct soling (PU/PU-PU/TPU-PU/RU-PU/RU/PVC) and Vulca moulds from one source reduce any coordination efforts for the footwear manufacture as well as the losses due to friction at the corresponding interfaces.
Technology
A continuous workflow ensures the perfect match of lasts, soles and moulds with the use of latest technology. The data compilation ready for manufacturing as well as the internally ensured data exchange between the responsible divisions are the requirements for high quality lasts and moulds for the industrial series production.
